While in Florida, we stayed in a little efficiency apartment on the base that was situated about 50 yards from Choctawhatchee Bay. There was a marina w/ a little convenience store and a really nice beach area. We were at the beach, and in the water, every.single.day. sometimes all day long. Most of the time we were the only ones there because summer vacay was over and everyone else was back to work and school.
Ethan over came his fear of the water and swam like a little fishy for hours on end and we all got mega awesome tans!
I really, really miss living near the water and beach!
We had beautiful views like this at every single restaurant we went to, most places had awesome patio dining, which we took full advantage of it (this was at Red Lobster)!
