Jusco Bakery

The girls and I went to my favorite department store, Jusco (short u like just, long o), to shop for a birthday present, and had to stop at their yummy bakery.

As with nearly every bakery and donut shop in Japan, this one is self service. You pick up a tray and a pair of tongs at the front, make your selections and take them to the cashier. At this bakery they indiviually bag each item, then put them all in one big bag.

I love croissants so that's what I got, planning to butter them up for b'fast the next morning. Imagine my totally scrumptuated surprise when I took them out of the toaster oven, stuck in my knife and melted chocolate oozed out!!!! Yummy!!!
